About Mountain Shadow Zendo
Mountain Shadow Zendo is a group of Zen practitioners who meet every Sunday for a chanting service and two periods of zazen (sitting meditation). We have been sitting at Redlands Aikikai since 2004.
We practice in the lineage of Maezumi Roshi and are affiliated with Hazy Moon Zen Center in Los Angeles. We welcome anyone with a sincere interest in Zen, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner. We are happy to provide free meditation instruction to novices; please call Rev. Shelley Kuge Pope at 909-862-3174 or email info@mountainshadowzendo.org in advance and plan to arrive about 20 minutes early.
