Every Sunday Morning
Schedule:
8:45-8:55: Meditation and Service Instruction (if needed—please call in advance)
9:00-9:15: Chanting Service
9:15-9:40: Zazen (sitting meditation; cushions and blankets provided)
9:40-9:50: Kinhin (walking meditation)
9:50-10:15: Zazen
10:15-10:30: Dharma Words, Reading, or Council (see the complete calendar for dates).
Late arrivals: Please enter quietly, select a cushion, and be seated.
Suggested donation: $4.

Mountain Shadow Zendo's weekly service is held at Redlands Aikikai, located at 721 S. Nevada St. in Redlands (near the intersection of Nevada St. and Redlands Blvd.).
